Everyone is unique... special.. a individual who is beloved by their creator.. like a snowflake.... blah blah blah... (fade out soothing music)
Truthfully there are only 4 major personality types we sell to, and take those individuals, throw 10,000 of them into a large room
and they become a cold statistic on a sales graph. This unit focuses on knowing and understanding your numbers in prospecting, selling, closing and revenue. If you can grasp the fact that with 300,000,000 people living in this country and most of them wanting to own a home or use their hard earned equity to buy shiney things your half way there. If one of those unique individuals tells you no or says your a "telemarketer" or whatever just remember as you call the next 299 that evening they are a statistic on your sales board.
