Sales quotas are another reminder that sales is "survival of the fittest". If sales had a patron saint it wouldn't be Mother Teresa... it would be Charles Darwin. This unit teaches you how to deal with the stress of either a explicit quota (do 4 loans or get fired) or a implied quota (we want you to do a few deals a month). It can be stressful but if handled correctly it can help drive you to higher level of production.
