Also it covers how to prepare and then properly execute the "Go Call / Call 2" where you sell them on benefits and not just on rate. It caps off with training in how to get a full (or nearly) full loan package in 3 days or less and getting paid in 4 weeks or less so you can pay your bills and keep your wife happy.
