Using the Call 2 Script - Selling the Appraisal
This unit focuses on the "Call 2 / Go Call" script. Its where we go over the prospects credit to let them know how messed up they are (we create the problem in their mind), and then we do benefits selling to create a solution. It ends with us getting them to agree to pay for a appraisal at the door to lock them down. It also teaches you how to prep them to turn over documents/stips so you can have a quick closing with minimum hassle.
