The Miracle Close
This is a complex but very very powerful situational closing technique. I almost hesitated to give it away since a unethical salesperson could take this to town and cause massive damage to the industry... but I figgure it was freely given to me, so I'll share it and assume your not a complete jerk by mis-using this gray trick close.
