Isolating Rate Versus Payment
About half the time we can't win due to rate or fees... and its ok.. sales is a percentage game and just like we win some deals, our competition wins some back. But many times LO's get caught in the mental trap that its ALL about rate. This teaches you ways to sell over a slightly higher rate by focusing on benefits and solutions to their financial needs. Its not 100% since any sales trainer who tells you any technique is fool proof is a moron himself. But it will give you that extra few percentage points that will add 20-30k to your income this year.
